    Adrienne T. Greben GPHR, SPHR, MSODA

Adrienne TalaniAdrienne T. Greben is a member of our North American Development Experiences Blueprint™ Consulting Services Team. She is a human resources consultant who specializes in organization development, process design, organizational change, training design and delivery, assessments and expatriate management. She has consulted in a wide range of industries, including: pharmaceuticals, energy, banking, chemicals, diversified financials, consumer products, petroleum refining, telecommunications, health care, engineering and construction, computers and office equipment, food production, motor vehicles and parts, professional services, insurance and network and other communications equipment.

Prior to independent consulting, Adrienne spent more than seventeen years working with global organizations including Shell Oil Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and British Petroleum (BP). At Shell, she led a large team in Houston which delivered international assignment services for over 1,100 expatriates into and out of the US. Adrienne managed the $5 million fee-for-service business within Shell and implemented process improvements to increase the business's performance and improve customer satisfaction and team dynamics.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, she held the position of Manager in the Change Integration Group within their International Assignment Solutions practice in Florham Park, New Jersey. Adrienne's focus was on process review, project management, and transition management of clients' international assignment functions. Adrienne spent more than twelve years with BP in various Human Resources positions in Cleveland, Philadelphia, Anchorage and London. During her time in London, she was a team member on a global project to develop and implement a new international assignment remuneration and benefits package for the BP Group.

She is a frequent speaker and writer on such topics as Intercultural Communication, Performance Management, Consulting and Expatriate Management. Adrienne's series of articles on "Cutting the Risk of International Assignment Breakdowns" for the Employee Relocation Council's Mobility Magazine won their 2004 Editorial Achievement Award.

Adrienne is professionally certified as both Global and Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is both a national and local chapter member. She is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™. Adrienne is a national member of the OD Network, the Association for Psychological Type, the Institute of Management Consultants and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.

Adrienne holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland where she studied the Appreciative Inquiry methodology for positive change with the founder, Dr. David Cooperrider. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Neumann College in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies. She also holds an Associate of Applied Business from Lakeland College in Cleveland.

Adrienne is based in Cleveland.
