Emily C. Jarosz MA |
Emily Jarosz is a member of our North American Development Experiences Blueprint™ Consulting Services Team. She is an organization development consultant with
twenty-two years experience in training, facilitation and coaching in the areas of organizational/team effectiveness,
diversity, performance management, management/leadership development, workplace harassment prevention and organizational
change. Emily is an experienced instructor, course developer and trainer, specializing in supervisory and management skill
building and organizational effectiveness. Emily has consulted in a range of industries, including: high tech, financial
services, manufacturing, insurance, health care, utilities, as well as education, scientific research, government and
non-profit organizations.
Prior to establishing her consulting practice in 1997, Emily spent more than fifteen years with Kaiser Permanente and
two regional utility and government organizations where she held a variety of HR management positions including Manager
of Employee Development and Senior Training and Development Consultant.
Emily is an adjunct faculty member on the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at San Francisco State
University, College of Extended Learning, where she teaches Organization Development and Performance Management. She is
also an adjunct graduate faculty member on both the MBA and Organizational Psychology MA programs at John F. Kennedy
University, where she teaches Principles of Organizational Consulting.
Emily is a popular speaker at numerous industry and professional association conferences and a member of several
professional associations in Organization Development, Human Resources and Training.
Emily holds an MA in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University where she was awarded a graduate fellowship
from the International Personnel Management Association. She graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of
Washington with a BA in Sociology.
Emily is based in San Francisco.
