Linda Rich MBA |
Linda Rich is a member of both our European and North American Development Experiences Blueprint™ Consulting Services Teams. She is an executive coach and specializes in leadership development, including: talent management, development planning, mentoring/coaching, career management, training, facilitation and attitude surveys amongst other areas of expertise.
For more than twenty years, she has working in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, energy and hospitality. She has held several line management positions and worked on major change projects and merger integrations. She has worked in partnership with numerous Global 500 clients on executive coaching and other leadership development challenges.
Prior to entering consulting, Linda held a senior position with a Connecticut based HR services company where she managed the delivery and growth of their 360-degree feedback and competency modeling business. Previously, Linda worked for JP Morgan Chase (Chemical Bank) in New York where she was Vice President, Training & Development. In that role, her primary emphasis was on leadership development for the VP-level population, as well as delivering a large-scale competency based performance management process for the organization.
Linda has appeared as a speaker at a variety of professional conferences, most recently at the 11th European Mentoring and Coaching Conference in Brussels in 2004. Beyond corporate experience, Linda is active in charitable organizations including the Impetus Trust ("venture philanthropy" organization which partners with charities) and previously, a volunteer mentor coordinator for The Prince's Trust.
Linda holds an MBA in Information Systems from New York University and an undergraduate degree in Management Science from Baruch College, City University of New York. She attended Columbia University for a graduate course in leadership, is certified in several assessment and development processes and is accredited by the Association for Coaching.
Linda divides her time between London and New York.
